 Our service is offered on a Full Management basis covering the following protocols

Our set Management Fee: 10% of rental income

Managing Utility Bills: We will deduct the fair usage allowance to pay the supplier directly. At the end of the tenancy, any excess monies will be returned as a one off payment.

Our Contractor Rates: Rest assured we have negotiated the lowest prices with our contractors and DO NOT inflate your invoice for a cut.
